  • Club Structure: Full membership is included with ownership of property. Annual fees are $384.00 and golf green fee is $12.50 for members.
  • Golf: Nine golf courses including Diamante, a Club Corp. private membership course and Isabella, the only 27-hole course and No. 1 in Arkansas. Four of the Village’s nine courses are ranked among the top ten in Arkansas.
  • Clubhouse: Three large clubhouses and seven grill/restaurant facilities.
  • Tennis: 19 tennis courts, 13 clay and 6 hard surfaces. Large tennis association with several USTA teams. 2006 Tennis Center of the Year in Arkansas.
  • Fitness: Indoor heated pool, sauna, whirlpool, weight and cardio facility, aerobic room and a new indoor walking track.

  • Public Safety: Hot Springs Village has its own Police Department as well as four fire stations with full-service ambulance service.
  • Lots: Although more than 34,000 lots have been sold by the Developer, there are resale lots available. Lots are classified as interior, golf front, and lake front and range from $5,000 to $250,000.
